Job summary

Minimalist.ae in Dubai is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to build lasting relationships with customers across our UAE stores. You will welcome shoppers, understand their needs and recommend products from watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes and leather goods.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in luxury customer-facing sales in the UAE, excellent English and Arabic communication, and a passion for elegant design. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales within UAE luxury, watches, or jewelry.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Ideally a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or similar; certification in sales management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing product information and building rapport.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly to close sales.
• Address queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Explain promotions and discounts to increase sales performance.
• Keep accurate sales records and coordinate with departments to optimize performance.

With four stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. The Role:

As Retail Sales Executive, you will be in direct touch with our customers on a daily basis across our stores in the UAE. We don't sell - we forge relationships. You will get to know our customers' demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they're looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they're on a spending spree or just window-shopping.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport with the customers.
• Actively approach and assist customers, answer questions, understand their needs and recommend products tailored to their preferences, and convince customers to finalize a purchase.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Increase sales through explaining promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools that the business is utilizing.
• Independently keep track of sales records, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance.
• Uphold the brand's standards of excellence in every customer interaction.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry;
• Ideally a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar;
• Ideally relevant certification in sales management from accredited providers;
• Outstanding communication skills in English;
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
