Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with day‑to‑day sales activities and customer support.
• Manage and develop assigned markets within the UAE and GCC.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support supply chain management and production planning.
• Monitor PSI planning.
• Handle supplier management and build relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market updates.
• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries, orders and after‑sales support.
• Support expansion initiatives and contribute to sales targets.

• Ensure timely follow‑up on customer inquiries, orders and after‑sales support.
• Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets.
