Job summary

Zoomlion Middle East is expanding its UAE team and seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive our heavy machinery and construction equipment business in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and managing end-to-end sales processes from demonstrations to closing.

Candidates should have 3+ years in heavy equipment sales or rental, GCC/UAE market familiarity, and an engineering-leaning bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in construction heavy equipment sales or rental sales.
• GCC-based experience preferred
• UAE market knowledge with established client network is required
• Excellent English; Arabic a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is required

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and meet sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment.

Zoomlion is growing its team in the UAE. We're looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive our heavy machinery and construction equipment business.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
• Prepare offers and quotations, negotiate, and follow up through to closing
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Support customer financing and payment collection

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years of handson experience in construction heavy equipment sales and/or rental sales is mandatory.
• GCC-based experience in a current or most recent role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the construction and equipment market, with an established client network; UAE market knowledge is required.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
• A valid UAE Driving License is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree （mandatory）. Preference will be given to candidates with an Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
