Job summary

Client of NicheHR Global is seeking an experienced senior HR advisory professional to lead consulting projects across learning and development, leadership development, and talent assessment. You will work closely with sales as a functional expert to design solutions for pitches and represent the organization in webinars and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of client consulting projects with strong outcomes and high satisfaction.
• Deliver projects across HR capability building, people manager, talent assessments and HR process consulting.
• Own project execution with support from internal/external experts.
• Represent the client as a thought leader in forums and webinars.
• Assist sales during business pitches with solution design for engagements.
• Oversee proposals, pitch documents, and cost sheets for prospects.
• Maintain deep understanding of all products and services offered.

Contribute to the growth of our client s Consulting and Capability Building practice by conceptualizing and leading consulting projects across Learning and Development leadership development process consulting and talent assessment and management Work closely with the sales team as a functional expert to provide solutions as the organization pitches for consulting and capability building business and represent our client s thought leadership in forums such as webinars roundtables and conference sessions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of client consulting projects and ensure strong client outcomes and high satisfaction scores
• Deliver projects across HR capability building people manager talent assessments and development and HR process consulting
• Take full ownership of project execution according to agreed scope with support from internal team members and or external subject matter experts and facilitators where required
• Represent our client as a thought leader in webinars roundtables conference sessions and other professional forums
• Work closely with the sales team as a functional expert to support solution design during business pitches for consulting and capability building engagements
• Oversee and or create proposals pitch documents and cost sheets for prospects
• Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered by our client including advisory solutions membership certifications conferences marketing events research and academic solutions

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of HR and related areas.
• 10 15 years of prior work experience in HR advisory.
• Excellent organizational skills, reasoning and analytical ability, high energy, and logical thinking.
