You will work closely with sales as a functional expert to design solutions for pitches and represent the organization in webinars and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of client consulting projects with strong outcomes and high satisfaction.
• Deliver projects across HR capability building, people manager, talent assessments and HR process consulting.
• Own project execution with support from internal/external experts.
• Represent the client as a thought leader in forums and webinars.
• Assist sales during business pitches with solution design for engagements.
• Oversee proposals, pitch documents, and cost sheets for prospects.
• Maintain deep understanding of all products and services offered.
