Job summary

AE02 RLG Retail (LLC) seeks a boutique professional to represent Montblanc in Dubai. The role requires deep product knowledge, superior client service, and adherence to Maison guidelines.

You will manage stock, assist with events, and ensure the boutique remains pristine and compliant with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Montblanc and its products to communicate with clients.
• Be fully conversant with services in the boutique including product care, aftersales and stock availability.
• Source items not currently in the boutique when needed.
• Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service and addressing complaints per company policy.
• Assist in coordinating in-store promotional events and optimize stock on the shop floor with clear labelling.
• Ensure products are displayed within Maison guidelines and maintain boutique tidiness and grooming standards.

Job description

YOUR MISSION:

Developing an in-depth knowledge of Montblanc and its products and use this information when communicating with clients. This includes being fully conversant with all services available in the boutique including product care, aftersales and stock availability as well as sourcing items not currently in the boutique Showing an extensive knowledge of the corporate culture, values, rules and apply them. Acting as an example and a reference for the others in terms of team spirit, behavior, attitude, performance and commitment Mastering all the selling techniques and procedures of the Maison in order to carry out all the duties requested for an efficient functioning of the Boutique Exceeding the expectations of all clients by providing an exceptional service at all times Dealing with complaints effectively & efficiently in line with the Company policy to ensure the clients’ expectations are exceeded. Ensure Managers are involved when appropriate Optimizing sales by attracting new clients and developing the existing client database through clientelling Proactively capturing customer data after each sale in line with the set brand policy Assisting in the co-ordination of in-store promotional events. Ensuring stock levels are maximized on the shop floor, with all items clearly labelled to company standard Ensuring all the products are displayed within Maison guidelines at all times. Ensuring the tidiness of the Boutique, displays, windows, safe area at all times.
