Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Dubai seeks a client-focused professional to deliver an elevated in-store experience. You will nurture client relationships, share the Maison's heritage and creations with passion, and contribute to boutique events and activations.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will support sales targets, assist with after-sales services, and collaborate with the team to create a seamless, memorable journey for clients in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Interest in High Jewelry and Maison storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized client experience and support sales targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships through clienteling activities.
• Share the Maison story, heritage, and creations with passion and authenticity.
• Assist clients with after-sales services including repairs and pickups.
• Collaborate with boutique team to ensure a seamless in-store journey.
• Participate in boutique events and Maison activations when required.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will contribute to the boutique’s success by delivering an elevated and personalized client experience while supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing long-term relationships with clients through personalized clienteling activities.
• Contributing actively to boutique sales performance and achieving individual action plans.
• Sharing the story, heritage, and creations of the Maison with passion and authenticity.
• Assisting clients with after-sales services including repairs, pick-ups, and personalized services.
• Collaborating closely with the boutique team to create a seamless and memorable in-store journey.
• Participating in boutique events and Maison activations when required.
