Job summary

GCG Enterprise Solutions is seeking an experienced AV solutions sales professional to drive revenue across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will own the full sales lifecycle, conduct needs assessments, and present consultative display, video conferencing, and control system solutions.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with enterprise, government, and hospitality clients while coordinating with pre-sales, delivery, and logistics to ensure successful implementations and precise CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Electrical, Telecom, or related field).
• 5–8 years of AV solutions sales experience in the UAE market.
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and collaboration with corporate/government sectors.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including LED/LCD displays, video conferencing (Zoom/Teams), and control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron)
• Proven track record in consultative, project-based selling to corporate and government sectors
• Proficiency in CRM tools and strong proposal writing skills
