Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates to lead the technical implementation and coordination of customer onboarding in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role blends hands-on engineering with project management to ensure seamless integrations and successful customer launches.

You will work closely with onboarding, customer success, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, develop runbooks and documentation, and monitor onboarding metrics to

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or customer success engineering.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Experience managing customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Excellent project management and organization skills for multiple onboardings.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical setup of customer onboarding including API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication, and security setup.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues including integration failures and data synchronization problems.
• Develop and maintain onboarding runbooks, integration guides, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to escalate product issues and document bugs with clear steps.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to support.
• Define and monitor onboarding success metrics and address blockers.
• Identify onboarding risks and communicate potential delays with solutions.
