Job summary

The partner company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist. This hands-on role focuses on onboarding, configuration of integrations and payment methods, API validation, and production readiness to ensure smooth Go-Live experiences.

You will troubleshoot using Postman, analyze logs, SQL, and JSON payloads, collaborate with international merchants and engineering teams, and own incident reports to improve platform reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in L2/L3 technical support or senior support/manager role in fintech, crypto, payments, or related tech.
• Hands-on experience with system logs and monitoring tools; able to trace transaction errors.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and payment methods across PSP, on/off-ramp, and card solutions.
• Manage API access and environments, issuing API keys and ensuring production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman to identify root causes before go-live.
• Investigate incidents by analyzing JSON payloads, SQL queries, logs, and monitoring data to determine remediation.
• Use Grafana and other tools to trace errors across systems and correlate issues.
• Replicate and isolate reported bugs to determine merchant vs platform origin.
• Triage issues and provide clear escalations to Engineering for fixes.
• Support final verification and production readiness for merchants before launch.
• Communicate findings clearly to international merchants and internal stakeholders; document troubleshooting steps.
