Job summary

Sapaad Software Private Limited is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to bridge between customers and our SaaS product. Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years) are welcome.

You will support users via email, phone, live chat, or in-person interactions while acting as a product ambassador to maximize platform adoption. You will develop product knowledge, lead onboarding, conduct training sessions, and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Sapaad's software products and how they support F&B operations.
• Lead customer onboarding ensuring new customers are set up for a smooth and successful start with Sapaad.
• Conduct customer training sessions, webinars, and onboarding programs to help users adopt the platform.
• Engage with customers through phone, email or chat to understand and resolve issues efficiently.
• Take full ownership of customer issues and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and collaboration with engineering when needed.
• Be the voice of the customer inside the organization by identifying recurring issues and providing insights into root causes.
• Provide professional, clear and user-friendly communication throughout the customer journey.
• Assist with deployments remotely and on-site as needed, including visiting customer locations when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer support and service that turns satisfied users into long-term advocates.
