Job summary

Adecco Portugal in the UAE is inviting candidates to join an AI-powered HR technology company in Dubai. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply to grow in enterprise SaaS, HR tech and customer success.

You will document business processes, assist with product demos, onboarding and go-live, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams. Training includes 4–6 weeks in India; travel and visa arrangements are facilitated. A valid Family Book is required.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Enthusiasm to learn and work with customers.
• Relevant internships in SaaS, HR Tech, consulting or business analysis are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and document business processes.
• Support product demonstrations, platform configuration and testing.
• Assist with customer onboarding, training and go-live.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.
