Alaan is the Middle East’s first AI-powered spend management platform. We seek an Account Executive to drive growth across the Middle East by sourcing and closing new business opportunities.

This full-cycle role involves building your own pipeline from prospecting to product demos and deal closure. You will conduct tailored demonstrations, map solutions to customer needs, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers while coordinating with Customer Success for a smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lead-gen/outbound B2B sales in SaaS/tech.
• Hunter mindset; targets and numbers driven.
• Comfort with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and LinkedIn tools.
• Strong consultative selling; map solutions to needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Self-starter in a fast-growing startup.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and qualify new business opportunities via outbound channels.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead gen to discovery, demo, negotiation, closing.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations addressing pain points.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and multiple personas.
• Drive onboarding with Customer Success for a seamless handover.
• Own the customer activation cycle and maintain CRM pipeline.
