Job summary

Alaan, the Middle East’s AI-powered spend management platform, is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across the Middle East. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build your own pipeline.

You will conduct tailored product demonstrations, develop relationships with decision-makers, onboard customers with Customer Success, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in lead-generating or outbound B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and generating opportunities.
• Ability to map solutions to customer needs with consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and qualify new business opportunities via outbound channels.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations addressing prospect pain points.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across personas.
• Drive onboarding with Customer Success for a seamless handover.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in the CRM (Salesforce).
