Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a guest relations professional to welcome guests and manage seamless check-ins and check-outs. You will be the primary contact for Russian-speaking guests and handle inquiries with diplomacy.

The role requires fluency in Russian and English, strong communication skills, and experience in a luxury hotel environment. You will coordinate with departments to fulfill guest preferences and upsell premium experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in guest relations or front office in a 5-star hotel preferred.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
• Familiarity with Opera, PMS, CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out.
• Be the main contact for Russian-speaking guests and address inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints diplomatically.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest preferences.
• Promote hotel services and upsell rooms and experiences.
• Manage VIP arrivals and ensure exceptional stays.
• Maintain guest profiles in the PMS and update preferences.
• Provide local recommendations for attractions and dining.
• Maintain a proactive lobby presence to assist guests.
• Prepare and coordinate in-room amenities for VIPs and special occasions.
