Job summary

Regency Luxury Suites in Dubai Marina is seeking a warm, well-presented Receptionist fluent in Russian to join its Front Office team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will manage check-in and check-out procedures, answer inquiries, and ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; related hospitality experience preferred.
• 0–2 years of total experience.
• 8-hour work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Communicate with Russian-speaking guests to ensure clear, personalized service.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding hotel services and local information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and assist with payments and invoicing.
