Qualifications

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to guests to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Greet guests by name when possible and escort to their room to create a welcome experience.
• Assist guests with in-room and hotel activity inquiries and requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, hours, promos, events and local services.
• Monitor daily rate levels and occupancy to optimize selling strategies.
• Follow Front Desk cashiering standards and internal policies.
• Process check-in/check-out and post incidental charges using Front Office systems.
• Maintain guest privacy and ensure data is not disclosed.
• Understand hotel policies, procedures and facilities to assist guests confidently.
