finera. is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of merchants, nurturing long-term relationships, understanding their operations, and delivering proactive guidance that drives performance, optimization, and retention across the full customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for expansion to deliver a reliable, high-quality experience for every merchant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven client-facing experience in FinTech/tech; building relationships and delivering value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management.
• English and Russian language skills.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned clients, building strategic relationships.
• Understand client goals and provide tailored recommendations.
• Support onboarding and help clients gain full value from services.
• Deliver performance analysis to drive product adoption and engagement.
• Gather and present customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize enhancements.
• Monitor customer health and reduce churn; identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and derive insights.
• Work with sales, onboarding, risk/compliance, finance and support teams.
• Resolve complex issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Escalate matters while maintaining merchant trust.
• Contribute feedback on educational materials and content.
• Support development and execution of account strategy.
• Foster client community through channels or events.
• Track KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, retention and portfolio growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
