MultiBank Group in Dubai invites applications for an FX Account Manager - Russian Speaker. You will acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of Russian-speaking clients, delivering a high standard of client service in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong commercial instincts, experience in Forex/CFD brokerage, and proficiency with MT4/MT5 and CRM systems. Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory, and a track record of meeting targets is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Sales within a Forex/CFD broker.
• Experience with MT4/MT5 or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting acquisition and revenue targets.
• Strong client handling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new Russian-speaking clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
• Provide platform guidance and onboarding support.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with Compliance and Operations.
• Achieve KPIs for sales, retention, deposits.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
