Qualifications

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with enquiries, resort activities, special requests, and local information.
• Coordinate room assignments, arrivals, departures, VIP arrangements with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Monitor room availability, status, and guest movements for efficient allocation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office during busy periods, including guest registration and check-out.
• Proactively follow up on guest requests, feedback, complaints, and compliments, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Ensure accuracy of guest records, reports, and operational procedures.
