Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a guest-focused service professional to join our Rooms Service team. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, assist guests with menu knowledge, and ensure accurate order processing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure timely service delivery and a smooth operation.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by following hotel standards, policies, and SOPs.
• Maintain professional grooming, presentation, and workplace discipline per brand standards.
• Know hotel facilities, services, and offerings to confidently assist guests and respond to inquiries.
• Keep assigned stations clean, organized, and maintained according to standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, F&B offerings, and service procedures for accurate information.
• Operate POS systems correctly and process service transactions accordingly.
• Ensure guest privacy and security standards around entering guest rooms for Room Service.
• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Complete Room Service duties efficiently, including tray handling and area cleanliness.
• Assist with tray breakdown and cleaning, and replenish service items as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop skills and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Respond positively to supervisor requests to support operations and guest experiences.
