Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in front office management or rooms operations in a hotel.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and related software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily room inventory, occupancy levels, and room status updates across all property systems.
• Oversee front desk operations and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor room maintenance requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze room revenue, occupancy rates, and performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate room assignments and allocations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of room status, maintenance issues, and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall guest experience.
• Monitor and manage room pricing strategies in coordination with revenue management
