The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities operational efficiency and a commitment to maintaining exceptional facility standards.

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
• Schedule staff shifts and manage workforce allocation to optimize operational efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms common areas and facilities to verify compliance with housekeeping protocols
• Train mentor and evaluate housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures safety standards and customer service expectations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement
• Address guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services with professionalism and promptness
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures across all housekeeping operations
• Prepare reports on housekeeping performance occupancy rates and maintenance issues for management review
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects and facility maintenance needs

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations or facility management with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proven expertise in housekeeping standards cleaning protocols and sanitation procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in staff scheduling and workforce coordination
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply ordering processes
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software and basic computer skills
