Qualifications

• 3–5 years in housekeeping operations or facilities; 2 years in supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols and sanitation procedures.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in staff scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience with hospitality standards in UAE preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain standards.

• Coordinate with other departments for special cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain records of training and operational metrics.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
