Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Rooms Controller to join our Front Office team. Based at the Emirates Palace property, you will manage and coordinate the hotel's room inventory to ensure accurate status, maximum availability, and a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping and the Front Desk, lead and train colleagues, handle guest requests, implement overbooking where appropriate, and contribute to revenue optimization

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotel or comparable property.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations and room inventory management.
• Excellent communication and guest service standards.

Responsabilités

• Assign rooms to arriving guests based on availability and guest preferences.
• Oversee room blocking for groups, VIPs, and future bookings.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to monitor room status.
• Review room inventory and maximize room availability.
• Provide front office support and ensure smooth guest flow.
• Generate reports on room inventory, occupancy and revenue.
