As a Rooms Controller at The Lana, Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily room inventory, ensuring optimal room assignments and maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage the daily room inventory to ensure optimal room assignments.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams to prepare rooms to the highest standards, deliver special requests and accommodate early arrivals or late departures.
• Monitor room type availability and out‑of‑order statuses to maximize occupancy while protecting the guest experience.
• Plan VIP and suite allocations in coordination with Guest Relations and Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain and update room status information in the Property Management System, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve allocation conflicts.
• Apply the company values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity in daily operations.
