Job summary

Sharecare is a digital healthcare company delivering software and services to improve care quality, outcomes, and costs. The role focuses on assisting with medical records requests, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and performing data entry and quality control tasks.

You will collaborate with Customer Service and other departments to resolve fulfillment issues, research workflow problems to minimize delays, and identify critical issues for escalation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sharecare HDS in QC, Credit & Collections, or Customer Service is required.
• Proficiency with electronic record workflow systems (BactesInMotion, Record Management, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
