Job summary

Sharecare is a digital healthcare company delivering software and services to improve care quality, outcomes, and costs. The role focuses on assisting with medical records requests, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and performing data entry and quality control tasks.

You will collaborate with Customer Service and other departments to resolve fulfillment issues, research workflow problems to minimize delays, and identify critical issues for escalation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sharecare HDS in QC, Credit & Collections, or Customer Service is required.
• Proficiency with electronic record workflow systems (BactesInMotion, Record Management, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Release of Information Specialists to resolve issues related to fulfillment of medical records requests
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations and other state and federal laws
• Perform data entry and quality control measures for medical records requests
• Communicate with Customer Service and other departments to resolve fulfillment issues
• Research and resolve workflow and record issues to minimize turnaround delays
• Identify and elevate critical issues to management
