Job summary

RoboHub.ae in Dubai coordinates robot rental, sales, delivery, and showroom activities from preparation through completion. The role requires a technical background to prepare and test robots, maintain showroom readiness, coordinate project logistics and documentation, provide customer onboarding and support, and keep operational and accounting records updated.

You will manage robot preparation for projects, maintain showroom stock and Zoho Books records, and provide onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in robotics, mechatronics, electronics, engineering, IT, or related technical field.
Technical understanding of robot setup, software configuration, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong coordination, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable communicating with customers, drivers, venues, vendors, and internal teams.
Willing to travel to customer or project locations and work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate robot preparation for rentals, sales, deliveries, and demonstrations with setup, testing, and quality checks.
Manage project schedules, robot allocation, transportation, and customer handovers.
Prepare and manage project documents (permits, delivery docs, vendor details).
Maintain showroom robots, stock, and show room readiness; support demonstrations.
Onboard customers and provide ongoing remote/on-site support; troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
Maintain records in the company system for onboarding, support, and expenses.
