Job summary

ROBOHUB ROBOTICS TRADING L.L.C is seeking a technically adept professional to manage showroom robots, perform daily setup, testing, and demonstrations for customers, and ensure equipment is charged, updated, and ready for client visits.

You will support sold robots, coordinate delivery, installation, and after-sales troubleshooting, and handle tickets, on-site rentals, and customer inquiries, traveling to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
Basic knowledge of robotics, software configuration, troubleshooting, networking, and technical support.
Comfortable conducting robot demonstrations and communicating with customers; able to travel to client sites and events.
Willing to work flexible hours for rentals, events, deliveries, or customer support.

Responsibilities

Prepare showroom robots for daily demonstrations and customer visits, including charging, software checks, mapping, branding, and configurations.
Conduct routine testing and maintenance to ensure robots function correctly and are ready for use.
Deliver and install sold robots, configure and test, and support customer onboarding.
Provide after-sales support, handle technical inquiries, troubleshoot remotely or on-site, and coordinate repairs.
Configure rental robots, perform pre- and post-rental checks, and provide on-site rental support when required.
Conduct showroom demonstrations, explain features, answer questions, and assist customers in understanding robot applications.
Record customer details and inquiries in the CRM and ensure proper follow-up.
