Job summary

Zohorecruit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Robotics Support Specialist to prepare showroom robots for daily demonstrations and customer visits, perform testing and maintenance, and ensure readiness of all related equipment.

The role also covers installation and onboarding of sold robots, after‑sales technical support, and on‑site rental support for events and projects. Flexibility to travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of robotics, software configuration, troubleshooting, networking and technical support.

Responsibilities

• 1.1. Prepare showroom robots for daily demonstrations and visits including charging, software checks, feed updates, mapping and branding.
• 1.2. Conduct routine checks, identify faults, perform basic repairs and keep robots clean and ready for use.
• 1.3. Ensure demo robots, chargers and accessories are ready before customer demonstrations.
• 2.1. Configure and test sold robots and support delivery, installation and onboarding.
• 2.2. Provide after‑sales technical support, troubleshoot remotely or on‑site, coordinate repairs.
• 2.3. Record issues, document steps and resolutions, escalate complex issues as needed.
• 3.1. Configure rental robots per project requirements including branding and mapping.
• 3.2. Perform pre/post-rental checks and inspect for damage or missing items.
• 3.3. Provide on‑site rental support for exhibitions and client locations.
• 4.1. Conduct showroom demonstrations, explain features and applications.
• 4.2. Respond to technical queries via calls, email or tickets and escalate when needed.
• 4.3. Enter prospective customer data and follow up information in the CRM.
