• Comfortable communicating with customers, drivers, venues, vendors, and internal teams.
• Willing to travel to customer or project locations and work flexible hours when required.

Job Summary & Purpose

Responsible for coordinating robot rental, sales, delivery, and showroom activities from preparation through completion. The role requires a technical background to prepare and test robots, maintain showroom readiness, coordinate project logistics and documentation, provide customer onboarding and support, and keep operational and accounting records updated.

1. Robot Preparation for Projects

• Prepare robots for rentals, sales, deliveries, and demonstrations by completing required setup, feed file updates, branding, software configuration, charging, testing, and quality checks before dispatch.
• Coordinate project schedules, robot allocation, driver bookings, deliveries, collections, and customer handovers while ensuring all required accessories, tools, and equipment are prepared.
• Complete and submit project-related documents including loading bay permits, venue access forms, staff and vehicle details, delivery documents, and other requirements for rentals, sales, exhibitions, and projects.
• Keep project status, transport costs, delivery details, and required internal records updated for accounts and relevant teams.

2. Showroom Maintenance

• Maintain showroom robots in good working condition and ensure they are charged, tested, clean, updated, and ready for customer demonstrations. Attend to showroom visitors and support basic product demonstrations where required.
• Monitor stock levels of showroom supplies, pantry items, packaging materials, accessories, and other operational items. Arrange replenishment and ordering when stock is low and maintain accurate stock records.
• Record showroom and project-related expenses, transport charges, purchases, and other operational costs in Zoho Books, ensuring invoices, receipts, and supporting documents are properly maintained.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and support showroom maintenance by reporting issues, arranging quotations or procurement, and following up until completion.

3. Onboarding & Online Support

• Conduct onboarding for customers who have purchased robots, including basic setup guidance, operating instructions, feature walkthroughs, recommended usage, and care requirements.
• Provide ongoing support through phone, email, chat, remote access, and other approved communication channels for sold and rental robots.
• Troubleshoot basic setup, software, connectivity, configuration, and operational issues, and guide customers through suitable solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding sessions, support enquiries, actions taken, resolutions, and follow-ups in the company system.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• Technical understanding of robot setup, software configuration, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, drivers, venues, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, expenses, and accounting software such as Zoho Books.
• Able to manage multiple projects, deliveries, and deadlines at the same time.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel to customer or project locations and work flexible hours when required.
