Job summary

Zohorecruit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a hands-on Robotics Showroom Technician to maintain showroom robots and accessories, perform routine testing, charging, software checks, cleaning and basic troubleshooting for smooth demonstrations.

You will prepare robots for rental and sales, including configurations, branding, testing, packing, loading, delivery, setup and handover to customers, and provide basic remote or on-site support while escalating complex issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electronics, engineering, IT, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of robotics, software configuration, electronics, and troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours.
• Able to lift and move robots and equipment safely.
• Good communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom robots and accessories with routine testing, charging, software checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to ensure demos run smoothly.
• Prepare robots for rental and sales projects, including configurations, branding, mapping, testing, packing, loading, delivery, installation, and customer handover.
• Provide basic technical support for sold and rental robots through remote troubleshooting and on-site visits, escalating complex issues when required.
• Conduct showroom demonstrations, explain robot features and operation, answer basic technical questions, and record prospective customer details in the company system.
• Safely lift, move, load, unload, and position robots and project equipment during exhibitions, deliveries, installations, and other technical projects.

• Prepare robots for rental and sales projects, including required configurations, branding, announcements, mapping, testing, packing, loading, delivery, setup, installation, and customer handover.
  


• Provide basic technical support for sold and rental robots through remote troubleshooting and on-site visits, and escalation complex issues when required.
