Job summary

etisalat UAE is seeking an experienced Revenue Assurance leader to own end-to-end RA across telecom and related revenue streams, focusing on system-level risk coverage, automated controls, real-time detection, and data analytics.

In this role you will design, deploy and optimize preventive and detective RA controls, lead root-cause investigations of revenue leakage, enable real-time incident detection, and collaborate with Network, IT, Finance, Product and Wholesale to protect and optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Engineering.
7–10 years of deep telecom experience.
3–5 years hands-on Revenue Assurance experience.
Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
Experience with automation, dashboards, and control analytics.

Responsibilities

Ensure full end-to-end revenue risk coverage across Network, BSS, OSS, CRM, Mediation, Charging, Billing, and Fulfillment systems.
Design, deploy, and optimize automated preventive and detective RA controls.
Lead root‑cause investigations of revenue leakage and systemic issues.
Enable real‑time / near‑real‑time incident detection and closure.
Act as RA SME for roaming, interconnect, A2P messaging, wholesale, enterprise, and revenue‑share products.
Perform product and tariff validation, configuration checks, and revenue‑share logic assurance.
Lead RA impact assessments and sign‑off for new products, system upgrades, transformations, and migrations.
