Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, routine, and preventive maintenance activities per approved schedules and ensure quality via site visits and checklists.
• Receive and respond to emergency maintenance requests from control centres, departments, and public authorities, coordinating swift action.
• Monitor contractor performance, validate joint measurements, and verify BoQ compliance prior to work approval.
• Attend site meetings for project handovers; prepare snag lists and submit through review channels.
• Coordinate NOC evaluations for road-structure works and provide site assessments and technical recommendations.
• Inspect electromechanical systems, identify major repair needs, and supervise corrective actions with subcontractors.
• Ensure safe conditions of mechanical systems at project sites and align with maintenance policies.
