Respond to emergency complaints 24/7 and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain and update maintenance records in a unified database for performance review and planning.
Handle and analyze user complaints and feedback, taking actions to improve services.
Ensure work teams adhere to safety and health procedures during maintenance tasks.
Conduct periodic technical assessments of road network assets and facilities, providing detailed condition reports and maintenance needs.
