Job summary
Dicetek is actively seeking an experienced NOC Engineer with Riverbed NPM expertise in Abu Dhabi for a full‑time on‑site role. You will own network monitoring, validate alerts, perform L1 incident troubleshooting, and optimize performance across enterprise environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in NOC/network operations environments.
- Hands-on experience with Riverbed AppResponse, NetProfiler, NetIM, and Portal.
- Strong monitoring, alert validation, and L1/L2 incident troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with ITIL incident management, SLA tracking, and ticket integrations.
Responsibilities
- Operate Riverbed platform solutions (AppResponse, NetProfiler, NetIM, Portal).
- Monitor infrastructure, validate alerts, and troubleshoot L1 incidents.
- Tune performance, optimize thresholds, reduce alert noise.
- Manage incident lifecycles and SLA adherence.
- Design dashboards, generate reports, and perform trend analyses.
- Collaborate with IT operations and incident response teams.
