Job summary
Tanqeeb is seeking a Network Performance Monitoring expert to deliver centralized remote monitoring for Riverbed NPM and related tools. You will monitor alerts, validate incidents, perform L1 triage, and escalate per SOPs while continuously tuning to OEM standards.
The role requires 5+ years with Riverbed NPM, strong TCP/IP and APM knowledge, and a proactive reporting mindset for trends and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Riverbed NPM solutions.
- Proven expertise in network protocols and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of APM concepts and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide centralized remote monitoring service from vendor NOC.
- Perform continuous monitoring of Riverbed alerts and dashboards.
- Validate alerts, create incidents, and perform L1 triage.
- Escalate incidents based on defined SOPs.
- Provide continuous tuning and optimization aligned with OEM services.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Riverbed NPM solutions (SteelCentral, NetIM, etc.).
- Proven expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) and network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of application performance monitoring (APM) concepts and methodologies.
