As a NOC Engineer – Riverbed NPM Specialist supporting Dicetek in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of network monitoring, alert validation, threshold tuning, and incident resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include operating and maintaining Riverbed platform solutions (AppResponse, NetProfiler, NetIM, and Portal), conducting continuous network monitoring and alert validation, performing L1 incident troubleshooting and rapid root-cause isolation, executing performance tuning, threshold optimization, and alert noise reduction, managing incident escalation and ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining monitoring dashboards, generating executive reporting, conducting trend analysis, integrating ticketing systems, supporting automation and AIOps initiatives, and driving continuous improvement and monitoring optimization under a 30-day notice period constraint.
