Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Riverbed support specialist to manage Riverbed platform services onsite in Abu Dhabi and deliver L1 incident resolution.

You will monitor AppResponse, NetProfiler, NetIM and Portal, perform performance tuning and alert reduction, and generate dashboards and reports while ensuring SLA adherence.

Candidates with 3+ years of Riverbed experience will thrive in this role, with opportunities to optimize monitoring and drive continuous improvement.
