Job summary

KPMG Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Senior Expert to lead risk and regulatory transformation engagements for banking and financial services clients. You will advise on non-financial risk, conduct risk, operational risk and governance frameworks, while shaping reporting capabilities and risk management programs.

You will design governance models, manage end-to-end delivery, and mentor junior staff, staying abreast of regulatory developments in the region.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management within the banking and financial services sector.
Experience across Risk & Regulatory transformation engagements.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver Risk & Regulatory transformation engagements across banking and financial services clients.
Advise clients on Non-Financial Risk, Compliance, Conduct Risk, Operational Risk, Governance, and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
Design and enhance risk governance frameworks, operating models, policies, controls, and reporting capabilities.
Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations issued by regulators in the region.
Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership and business development.
