Job summary

KPMG Middle East is seeking an Associate Director in Regulatory and Risk Advisory, Corporate Treasury, to lead client engagements and transform treasury programmes.

You will shape strategy, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive revenue growth while delivering high-quality, risk-aware solutions for CFOs and treasurers across the region.

This role demands deep treasury domain knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory changes and market innovations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in corporate treasury or advisory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CFA.
• Aptitude for quantitative analysis and strong numerical skills with evidence of advanced financial modeling skills.
• Experience in analytical and treasury systems such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury, ION, etc.
• Fluent English; Arabic or another regional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and strategic development of the corporate treasury practice, including capability building and revenue expansion.
• Act as strategic advisor to CFOs and Group Treasurers, influencing investment decisions.
• Own and contribute to revenue generation, including leading pursuits and proposals.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives and market propositions for treasury.
• Shape corporate treasury agenda by anticipating regulatory developments and market innovations.
• Lead and oversee complex client engagements with high-quality delivery and risk management.
