DiceTek UAE is seeking a Risk Programme Director in Dubai to lead high-impact banking transformation programmes. The role focuses on delivering regulatory change, capital management, and analytics solutions while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in banking with a strong delivery record in risk transformation and regulatory management. This position offers an opportunity to influence enterprise-level decisions in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 15‑20 years of experience leading major cross‑functional programmes within banking or financial services.
• Strong background in a Tier‑1 bank or D‑SIB environment.
• Proven delivery record in risk transformation, regulatory change, finance transformation, capital management, RWA or Basel III and Basel IV programmes.
• Hands‑on experience delivering analytics or Gen‑AI solutions into production within regulated banking environments.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, executive presence and problem‑solving ability in ambiguous delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale banking transformation programmes across risk, regulatory change, finance, data, analytics and technology‑enabled delivery.
• Own programme governance, budgeting, vendor coordination, executive reporting and delivery assurance.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment.
• Drive senior stakeholder decisions and resolve conflicts across matrix teams.
• Oversee delivery related to capital, RWA, Basel III, Basel IV and regulatory reporting.
