Job summary

KPMG Middle East Careers seeks an Associate Director in Regulatory and Risk Advisory (RRA)/Corporate Treasury to shape strategy, lead client transformation agendas, and ensure successful execution. You will oversee large programmes, manage diverse teams, and drive innovative treasury solutions.

The role requires deep treasury expertise, proven leadership, ability to translate client needs into viable propositions, and strong stakeholder management with CFOs and Group Treasurers across the Middle

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in corporate treasury or advisory within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CFA.
• Aptitude for quantitative analysis and strong numerical skills with financial modeling experience.
• Experience with treasury systems such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury, ION.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, shape client transformation agendas, and ensure successful execution.
• Oversee delivery of large programmes with diverse teams.
• Drive growth of the corporate treasury practice, including solution innovation and revenue expansion.
• Advise CFOs and Group Treasurers, influencing investments and treasury transformation agendas.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives and client relationship management.
