Job summary

KPMG is seeking an Advisory Senior to contribute technically to client engagements and internal projects in the UAE. You will build strong client and internal relationships, identify business opportunities, and escalate governance and risk issues as needed.

You will work with colleagues to ensure work plans are executed, documented, and aligned with KPMG guidelines, maintaining integrity and robust governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Industry-related certification (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW, CIA, CRMA, CRICS, ACAMS).
• Approximately 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
• Related audit or applicable business experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Power BI.
• International business experience preferred.
• Knowledge in data analytics would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Language proficiency: English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client engagements and internal projects.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Identify and elevate potential business opportunities for KPMG on ongoing projects.
• Anticipate and identify risks, compliance, and governance issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Ensure work plans are executed, documented, and concluded in compliance with KPMG guidelines.
