Job summary

Aramex is seeking a Revenue Management Specialist to shape pricing governance and commercial governance across GCC and India. You will translate pricing strategy into repeatable processes, partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations and Legal to improve price realization and reduce leakage.

The role focuses on governance design, annual price reviews and support for tenders and complex pricing cases, with a strong emphasis on practical execution and regional scalability.

• Experience in pricing governance and revenue management.
• Ability to design pragmatic pricing processes and governance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out pricing governance and operating model across GCC and India.
• Maintain logs of pricing exceptions and develop improved rules and escalation mechanisms.
• Lead annual price review process including target setting, exemptions and implementation tracking.
• Support strategic bids, tenders and complex pricing cases using structured analysis.
