Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to support our Revenue Management and Reservations teams. You will help optimize revenue, manage reservations, and ensure data accuracy across distribution channels.

Working closely with Sales, Front Office, and Reservations, you will analyze trends, prepare reports, and implement rate and inventory updates, while maintaining Hyatt standards and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Revenue Management, Reservations or Front Office preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with PMS/CRS/RMS and channel management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Manager in revenue optimization to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor daily pick-up, booking pace, occupancy trends, competitor pricing, and market demand.
• Assist with rate loading, inventory management, restriction updates, and distribution channel updates across systems.
• Maintain rate parity and pricing across OTA, GDS, brand website, and other channels.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and reservations reports.
• Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses.
• Monitor reservation trends and provide insights for commercial decisions.
• Process, modify, and manage individual, corporate, wholesale, and group reservations accurately.
• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Ensure all reservations, guest profiles, market segments, and rate codes are maintained in the PMS.
• Handle reservation changes, cancellations, special requests, and room allocation requirements.
• Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and Reservations teams to optimize inventory and revenue opportunities.
• Support rooming list management, group block maintenance, and coordination of group reservations with Sales and Events teams.
• Conduct regular audits of reservation and revenue systems for data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in managing overbooking situations, inventory controls, and room availability strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of PMS, CRS, RMS, and channel management systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Revenue and Reservations Department.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to support revenue growth.
