Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel management experience with a proven track record.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and prompt response to feedback.
• Develop and implement revenue growth strategies including pricing, promotions and sales initiatives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team with coaching and training.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs in line with hotel standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage hotel budgets, financial reports and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to promote the hotel and its services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
