Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue Management team. The role focuses on analyzing booking trends, channel performance, and market rates to optimize revenue opportunities and guide pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in revenue management, strong Excel and BI tool skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The position offers a competitive UAE salary, healthcare, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Management or Pricing in luxury hotel/resort environments.

Mansioni

• Analyze Booking Trends by Channel and monitor pace, length of stay, and channel performance.
• Optimize channel mix by analyzing production, profitability, acquisition costs, and booking behaviour.
• Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and rate shopping to evaluate market positioning.
• Perform group displacement analyses and evaluate revenue impact of group vs transient demand.
• Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue and other key metrics from historical and future data.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
• Maintain rates and inventory across channels and ensure data integrity.
• Provide analytical recommendations for pricing, inventory controls, and promotions.
• Create dashboards and analytical models using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to support revenue growth.
