Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue Management team. You will analyze booking trends, optimize channel mix, and support pricing strategies to maximize net revenue across all properties.

The role requires strong analytical skills, expert Excel and BI tool experience, and the ability to deliver executive-style reports. A hospitality or finance background with 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Forecasting in luxury hotels.
• Strong forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, and long-range analysis.
• Experience building monthly and long-range revenue forecasts.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, inventory controls, and demand management.
• Experience with group displacement and negotiated business profitability.
• Experience producing executive reports and strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and related metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and forecasting.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze booking trends by channel to identify revenue opportunities.
• Optimize channel mix and maximize net revenue across distribution channels.
• Monitor competitor rates and market performance for pricing opportunities.
• Perform group displacement analyses to evaluate revenue impact.
• Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and room revenue.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards on performance and trends.
• Maintain accurate rates, inventory, and data integrity across systems.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support pricing and promotions.
• Develop BI reports and analytical models using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support revenue growth.
